These Terms and Conditions apply to the current competition sponsored
by databasedev.co.uk. They may be amended or varied from time to time
by the owners of this website.
- The competition may be entered by any individual or company, providing
that the entry is submitted with a valid e-mail address, except
employees of databasedev.co.uk, their families, agents or any other
person(s) connected professionally with the competition.
- Entry must be made using the appropriate on-line form. Entries
may not be made by using any other means.
- There will be one winner for each prize. The winner for each prize
will be the first entry drawn at random from all entries received
before the closing date for that prize.
- All entries by internet are sent entirely at the risk of the entrant.
If there are any difficulties arising out of the internet or any
associated equipment, databasedev.co.uk may, at its absolute discretion
disqualify the entire entry or any portion thereof.
- The Prize is non transferable and may not be redeemed for cash
or other substitutes. If databasedev.co.uk decide to substitute
the Prize, they will do so for a prize of approximately the same
retail value.
- In the event that a Winner chooses not to accept the Prize, they
forfeit any and all claims to that Prize, which will be dealt with
according to the absolute discretion of databasedev.co.uk subject
to legislative requirements.
- By entering the Competition, all entrants and/or their representative(s)
consent to the use of the their name(s), city of residence, photograph,
voice and/or image for any publicity and marketing purposes, commercial
or otherwise, in all media used by databasedev.co.uk and their respective
advertising and promotional agencies, without payment or compensation,
throughout the world in perpetuity.
- databasedev.co.uk may incorporate information from entrants in
any data base to be used for the purpose of its business. This information
will never be passed to any external agencies or departments without
the written consent of the entrant.
- databasedev.co.uk reserve the right to substitute, terminate,
withdraw, suspend or cancel any portion of the Competition and/or
any component of the Prize at any time, without notice, for any
reason whatsoever in their sole discretion.
- The outcome of the competition is final. No telephone contact
or other correspondence will be entered into except with the eligible
Prize Winner.
